Typically, a grooming session lasts anywhere from one and a half to three hours based on the services requested (Longer for a matted coat) and your pet’s temperament. We always aim for a stress-free experience, so we’ll take our time ensuring your fur baby is comfortable and happy!

We totally get it—sometimes you just want to be nearby! While we encourage you to check in on your pet, having you hang around can sometimes make them a bit anxious. But don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated with progress reports and adorable photos!
